How to turn your 5-star reviews into posts

The short answer

Your 5-star reviews are free content. Turn them into posts three ways: a clean screenshot with one line from you, a 15-second story about that customer, or reading the review out loud on camera. Then end every review post by asking for more reviews.

1. The screenshot post

Put the review on a clean background. Add one line: "This is why we do it." Easiest post you'll make all week.

2. The story behind it

Film 15 seconds about that customer and what you did for them, with their OK. A review says it was good. The story shows why.

3. Read it out loud

Read the review to the camera and react. Real, quick and easy to film.

Then: ask for more

End each one with: "Been here? Leave us a review. It helps more than you know." More reviews means more posts, and more reasons for new customers to trust you.

Quick rules

  • Ask before you show a customer's name or face
  • Blur last names and photos if you're not sure
  • Post one review a week, not ten in a day
